I quite liked the test video. That could be your new job mate.
they said the remote reservoir can't be disassembled, it'd blow and tear your hands off! not bloody likely! but i was surprised to see the bladder, never heard of such a constuction, would be hard to bleed the reservoir, unless i change its constructuon to a traditional floating piston or find another way out
welded on the bar for oil cooler mounts
no more jokes and mock ups, the header wrapped, custom made ss high nuts are on

off top, seen that rarity nearby my shed, the old bugger is amphibious! was built in the SU back in 70s-80s https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LuAZ-967

Mad creation. Not sure I'd trust it in the water anymore though.
i reckon some polyurethane foam and it will float agin, we all float down here bahaha
Cool as
so much potential
thanks again mates lets wait a bit and see how it alls gunna turn out
stuffing the hell up, everything is just bloody tight
found a place for the fuel pump only under the seat subbie
and the coils can be mounted only that way on the breather cover. perhaps i'll conver em to the stick coils later
and the oil cooler mount, hopefully the upper mount is enough

The cooler is pretty short and you have four bolts, so you should be ok with just top mounting I reckon.
hope so, otherwise i can fab a lower bracket with a rubber block. maybe i'll have to fab stronger mounts for the i.c. too, the tests are gunna show weak spots
It all looks good to me.
What size and spec turbo is that Surt? T3 frame?
thanks mate. i believe its a t04
Nice work as always. Looks tidy man
