Hey Si/Deano. Are we getting an email confirmation or is there a list at the track? Haven't got one and payed a couple of weeks ago. Don't want to roll up to be told I haven't payed.

Tix will be mailed out this week the program will be with it. Just putting the finishing touches to it today. Don't stress kev if Si has you in the list then you are a confirmed entrant and money has been received

When you receive the ticket you need to print them out and present them at the gate

    No ticket - no entry

You guys have got to remember this is a private day meaning there is no need for Russell to pay someone to sit in the tix booth and another on the front gate just so we can give 2 people the option of making up their mind at the last minute and paying on the day.
Remember this is not open to the general public

Either bite the bullet and prepay or don't be surprised if there is no one to take your money at the gate and you can't get in.

We have enough to make the event happen. Anymore from there is a bonus but we don't 'need' them so if they can't sort themselves out then that's their loss

I hope that clears things up

Fair call , its just I've been chatting with local bike joints (that I know personally) looking for other riders and spectators to ensure this got off the ground , Now I'll have to run back around and tell them not to bother.

Or could we man the gate for a few hours to alow spectators to enter ?

My concern is that this is a great event for us and only just makes it to conformation the last 2 years, If we encourage a few more people to attend then we may be able to manage a small event each year instead of a struggle to find enough riders.

If we keep the riders count down (as we like the track for us) but encorage a few more spectators Russel makes some cash and is possably more enthusiastic for another event.

I have Tyre levers, dish soap and stands for those that dont have soft hands.
Deano crystal clear. But stand by as there is "always one"

Now a change of attitude from logistics to actual nitty gritty.
Lets get into Bench racing. Bracket style. The winner gets bragging rights only.
We Need a spectator as adjudicator for this....Nominations please.

    For those running bikes on the day nominate;
    1. Nearest the pin for first run
    2. Nearest the pin for best run for the day
