neat, simple, well thought out and well made......
Do you need to flash the pc to compersate for the extra fuel or is it possible to do with power commander etc ?
If/when I switch to a 32 bit ECU I will flash it but seeing I have a 16 bit I will work with the power commander

what size shot do they say you can run on that set up.
if you dont get greedy thats a really cost effective hp gain for little hassel sweet
Upto a 300hp dry shot, Im going to start at around 50hp and once I do a couple of little motor/fuel system upgrades start some small increases.

Spent some time in the shed looking at the clutch issue again today. When I pulled it down over half the stack was dry. I ran the bike with the clutch out and it pushes oil up past the clutch button into the basket but only a very small amount. After a good long look and a talk to the most trusted tool in the shed ( my grinder) I made some mods. I put 2 flat spots on the clutch pusher button to let more oil up into the clutch hub (hoping not to much). Then I drilled the basket, stock it has 14 3mmish holes to let oil out into the pack it now has 24 3.5mm holes. Sunday street meet tomorrow lets see what this does

AND it was like butter the first pass with a 10.2 and a softish launch. Good the second pass 10.1 with a little harder launch always knew it would be good for the first run or 2 and the clutch had a good soak but then down hill from there on as the clutch dried out. Ended up with me stalling on the line after it grabbed hard after the burn out and I tried to move away with very low RPM.

and Big Kev first day out

I think I am heading the right direction maybe. I will pull it down again this week and drill a hole in the clutch pusher so it sprays some old inside the hub and see what that does.

Mate. Your knocking on the door of nines. Very impressive
I'm taking the gixxer I just bought out for a run this weekend. Hoping not to land on my arse. Has a big more grunt than the old ZXR.
Good luck with should be a heap of fun.
If I can get this clutch sorted I will be happy
