that'll be made at my job... while having the weekend not being able to bludge in jindy [V] i started with the turbo headers some fucking hellish job i declare! 5 hours of cutting grinding and welding, just a half way passed had to cut of and weld on every bloody elbow 2-5 times to obtain a perfect fitment and direction.. needless to say, equal length's runners short as, same angles try make it without fixtures or another coupla hands [^]

not easier was to make the merge collectors (just 1's been made yet) esp given the fact the pipes r also bent and the center to center distance must be kept... composed a fixture from 2 jig fixtures, a head stud, apt spacers and nuts (and a saucepan hahaha!) perfomed to my fucking neigbours hell of a day while they were dyeing their balls [}:)]

after the headers were tig welded they shrunk for the good one millimeter! had to cut em apart and to make two iron rings to bind them:

bought the zx14 rear brake master cyl /practically brand new/ for $9.50 +$15 shipping and cnc slave clutch cyl for $13! + $20 shipping
i reckon i saved about $150-200
the cnc cyl is pull type and just wat i need for noice and easy conversion from cable to hydraulic actuation
it also will look cool as on the bike even without air brushing lol

i kinda did on the mock up seat /not the push bike's/ and sorted out its desirable height and location as well as with the foot rests location. its not really long not v8 just v4 and just 1860mm wheel base
felt pretty comfortable cept lying on the spine tube, i think of fabbing a new long tank with more comfortable shape

the 1st variant with a single mounting Ï-shaped bar didnt passed thru cos i made it and bars at me work and mounts were welded at my shed before i fetched the bars there
when i tried to bolt 'em to the frame the final gear case didnt let me do it so i had to find another way to fix up the bugger
