Nah, still 72 mate. You were listed when you first asked. Check the list of members when you get into the Members Area (as soon as I activate you in a minute) and you'll see you are right near the top. I got the money for the donation and also the Calendar mate. It will be at the ASF XMAS BBQ on the 27th mate (along with a few more if anyone else wants one who is there). Cheers again Joe.

If you want any info as to where this all went, click the link from the image at the right top of this page.

There are over 120 full members of this site that have an extra section within the forum that you guys can't see. They also get ASF patches and access to competitions and custom shirts etc, plus first dibs on any event or items for sale.

So did you actually form a club??
A "club" is much much more than just paying a fee and getting access to some privy sections of the forum.
If you created a club.. Do you have a president, vice president and treasurer?? do you have a constitution?? and also do you now have liability insurance?? cause as a club.. any ride posted to this forum is then held liable by the club.. and any rider that goes down has the ability to sue said club.
I'm just curious.. cause what I can see... there is no actual "club"??

Those 'paid up members' are simply contributing to the running costs of the site.
As a 'Thank You' to other 'members' we offer goods/services/parts etc to each other first, as we have put our hands in our pockets to keep the site running for everyone else.
Some 'members' even offer items with the [u]ASF web forum </u>name on them.
As we have no treasurer, president etc we are not what you call a 'club'.
When we arrange a 'ride' it is a group of mates getting together, just arranged online as opposed to in the pub.

And sometimes people even turn up on bikes [:p]

Even if they are on trailers ;)

Bikes are safer on trailers....

And I think you can get a discount on liability insurance too....:D

What Sharky said RooMeat, and exactly for the reason you stated. There is no mention of club or statement that this is a club anywhere on the website by the organisers of the site, and it should not be considered as one.
