This might be of use to some maybe not to others, however the best tool I own for cutting plastics, metal and generally anything is my dremmel $99.00 buckaroonys from bunnings....its the best little tool I own...(note the extra fittings aren't all that cheap)

I like my Oxy and Sledge Hammer .. failing that i bust out the Lathe and Milling machine ..
