Rev the fucker!!!!!
I want one too fimp lol.
i got a loom from a 900 honda for free ..but thats probably no good to ya
Good boy Fimp, you obviously recognise a bargain when you see one, so spill, what are you gunna do with it? If you want my opinion (or even if you don't) I reckon you should use it as a part time trackbike, part time stunt practice bike. []
Apparently the RG is a good supermono base I've been told Fimp, theres one idea.
I have a 17 x 3.50 Suzuki rear end I bought by mistake if you are interested.
Chris
I think its ugly and has no potential whatsoever! The guy who sold it to you must have been an arsehole!
funny.....
It's about on par with a GS500.
or a B-King
I think thats the first, and possibly the last time I'll ever see a GS500 being compared seriously to a B-King.......
i agree, the gs500 is a classic bike and a MASSIVE sales success story
and the b-king really, really WONT be....
i have plans
mainly a quick redo to get it rego'd and hand her over to that lovely lady who accompanied me to the sydney MC expo to learn on
but firstly, does anyone know where i can get a r6 tailpiece from?
Rev the fucker!!!!!
Frank (FighterMC) just took his off didn't he? Maybe he wants to sell it?
I hope she's a keeper Fimp.quote:Originally posted by fimpBIKES

haha, we'll see how long it takes me to stuff things up this time eh
oh, anyone know where to find a wiring diagram?
Rev the fucker!!!!!
ok, fuck the wiring diagram
i just did a findapart search for a loom
i have 3 places that can have mint ones on my doorstep for under $80
fuck fixing the wiring for a joke
Rev the fucker!!!!!
oh, another thing i was pondering
what are the legalities with fitting a single-seat rear on something like this?
its not like i would want 2 people on it anyways, and it'll mainly be a learner bike
so do i have to get it re-complied or something?
i get away with it on the tiller cos i have the standard back-end
but frankly i cant be bothered sorting out a stock one for this!
would it have to be engineered you think?
Rev the fucker!!!!!
in qld you just have to disable the ability to have a pillion on it (remove foot pegs and either cut off the pillion seat or fit a permanent cowl) and get a compliance plate from a certified mechanic (not engineer). then take the bike to department of transport and you get them to check it out (they dont really care that much as long as you have the plate) - cheaper rego.
I'm doing it with the 12r but i have a mechanic mate who can do it. not sure about down south tho.
yeah, we cant do the single seat rego thingy (dont know WHY, probably so they can screw more $$$ out of us)
does anyone in QLD want to "own" an rg250
Rev the fucker!!!!!
oh, and call me un-original or whatever
but im swinging towards whacking a good ol' dirtbike headlight on her
just cos it'll be easy as fuck
Rev the fucker!!!!!
they are nice and easy those headlights....
I had the headlight on my WR smashed and the originals are too much of a
rip-off so i got one of those diamonds....ive never used
them before or really liked them in the past but I know see the ease of
them!!!!! easy as fuck and cheap!
