will need a micrometer or realevent gauge(anyone tells me that their digital vernier can Ill stab)
I use $25 hare and forbes ones without any issue compered to up to $200 for kingcrome etc digital, the diffrence paid for a set of 25-150mm china micrometers and spring id gauges. None of this is any good for high end but fuck me you can get some really
good results with some basic tools
My digital verniers get better than .1 I've tested them plenty of times against the Mic at work.
