Berowra 7/11 at something o'clock?
I'll be in the ute and will run chase if people want to dump gear in the back.
Ok here's the plan
Sydneysiders meet at the Berowra 7-11 at 8:30 for a 9 sharp depart. That way anyone coming from Wollongong etc get a reasonable start time.
Anyone coming through Sydney from south, get onto the F3 at Wahroonga take the Berowra Turnoff and continue north on the Pacific Hwy for about a km or so. The 7-11 is on your left.
Depending on the weather we can do the old road or straight up the F3 to meet the Novocastrians at the servo at the end of the F3 at 10:30.
By the time we fuel up and faff around we'll leave the Newy servo at 11:00 for points north
Imma going to suggest this route as a nice cruise up for the friday but if someone reckons he knows some better roads between Newcastle and Port, stick your hand up now.
^^^^ that's the way I was going to suggest to get from Newi to port. There are roads west of Taree, but they're dirt in places
