I'm asking because Killers has heard nothing back about an order he paid for before Christmas and we were just wondering why they were not answering emails either. We'll get to the bottom of this.

Don't know about Showyomoto, but I bought a dash from Motogadget before Xmas and only got an emial last week advising that the order will be shipped soon due to the Christmas shutdown.

Motogadget do nothing to change my perception that chermans are a bunch of arrogant cunts.
I sent a coupla emails to them about the M unit and M lock and how to order, and got quick replies.
Then I ordered and paid for my stuff, but heard nothing for a month.
So I emailed them 3 days in a row without an answer. The next day I put in a Paypal claim...and old Fritz replied straight away with some bullshit about slow post. When the parcel turned up a week or so later it was postmarked the day after I put in the dispute.

Yeah I ordered mine quite a while ago now. Over a month. And it took them about 4 weeks to advise me that I would need to buy a 'breakout box' to get all the functions from the dash. They have now supposedly sent it 10 days ago, but just sending them another email asking for a tracking number as I haven't received anything yet :/
I've sent two emails to Showyomoto over the last week with no reply so far so if anyone hears from them, let me know.
Maybe they're having a big Xmas break.
Got in touch with Yannick from Street Monsters as Antoine used to know the Showyomoto boys. Turns out that Showyomoto has down sized due to the economy, and they are now running from a smaller set up. The move has meant that the phone number is no longer active and that the emails are slower being answered. Yannicks mate is apparently going to ring the guy direct some time soon for me, so I'll let you know what happens.

As it turns out, the headlight unit arrived the very next day after I wrote this, so I didn't need to chase anything any more. I'll send you an email with Yannicks details mate, maybe you can find out directly from him?

Got a response from Yanik thanks Si.
He got hold of them and the Aria light is no longer produced.
Back to the drawing board.
