Several US custom bikes around with "invisible" wheels.
Wheels made out of bullet proof multi layer glass or similar material.
Ahhh...OK....weight not an issue, I presume......
Looks like a great design for a salt racer but.....It would redline first gear at 10kmh with that sprocket. Why do seppos go to extaordinary lengths to re-engineer things for the worse?
Looks like it is driven straight from the gearbox but could have a reduction drive ??
That is bloody clever!
Its American how can it possably be clever?

"I call it a Camberwell carrot as I invented it in Camberwell and it looks alot like a carrot"
Because someone from Pomgolia did it first more than a decade ago.
They look great... until you use them - then it looks like the glass coffee table at a scat fetish party.
Glass? I thought they were centre free running the same theory as this:

Well, that's pretty gay then.
One is a traditional wheel,
Just uses a clear see through material for the wheel.
Other has no centre hub.
Wheel is basically a huge bearing and
The bike grips the inner section.
The later normaly has a friction drive onto
the tyre by a smaller hidden wheel or roller.
not when compared to this

Yeah - that's fuckin ghey alright.
I didn't mind the Ferrari body kits but that's just shite.
It's a helicopter rotor bearing they use, pioneered by billy lane, and his were chain driven not friction. It's an expensive way to look different.
The see thru ones are a clear laminate of some sort. There was a green and white buss. I think in SF mag a while back with a better explanation.
That defines gay
i think i just through up a bit in my mouth
