bought a 30 row oil cooler from cx racing it came damaged due to shitty packing, demanded for a partil refund and was refused
wouldn't recommend 'em at all greedy bastards lol
actually its gunna be mutilated but it doesn't matter what im gunna do to the bloody cooler, it was supposed to come damned straight undamaged

damo sorry cant consult you on the matter, usually its easier to remove turbo while rego'in and then put it back. another and better way out is just to "buy" rego, about $150 + $100 3rd party liability or else you'll have to see through all the inspectors that as corrupt as any copper but ask for more coin

an-10 custom weld on bungs were made and red and blue fittings and stainless steel braided hose were bought on evil bay just cant wait
