I've seen an old Ruski dude make a single Candelabra like that but he only used a forge, hammers & chisels & it was made from 1 piece of 2" square cast iron. It took him about 3 hrs of sweat & at least a dozen home made Wodka shots (which tasted like thinners) & apart from the hammer marks it looked like it was CNC'd - you gotta respect skills like that.
