I know one ex-member want to do this, but it was a non-starter,
and more recently the talk of raffling off a charity bike was a no go.
A similar idea has run into problems on other forums/clubs.
I think there's some $$ figure thats legal / illegal and certainly
some issue's with liability (maybe avoidable if sold unregistered?)
Certainly more to it than selling tickets and pulling a name out.
