At least its a bike engine in a bike frame. I guess sticking a car engine in a bike is perfectly sane.

its sound and its tough, only a narrow mind sets limits what power plant to use from, i dont think its an obstacle if it comes from a car or snow mobile or boat or plane as far as it fits my concept and my chassis ever heard of Bill Hahn a propriator of www.hahnracecraft.com with ecotec engined dragster? he had had a shit fight with us drag bike community split up with em and organised an owtlaw drag bike association where car engined bikes r legal... he could tell ya why the drag race sponcors wouldn't let car engines on bikes just because they'd have lost tons of coin who would buy their big bore kits and strokers if anyone could use a modern car engine technically matching to the modern bike engine but more upgradable and sufficiantly CHEAPER

car engines r rockin and warmin this fuckin planet

the last thoughts before making new engine mounts. compare busas engine mount holes and b12's oilstop holes, i woulnt say the b12's head is any weaker around the spots

btw busa engine doesnt look bigger than b12's so hopefully it'll go in frame without much rewelding, just rear and engine mounts

another question to those who in the know, when u send oil to cams thru external hoses, do u block the lower holes?

    the first approach

    the next step

looking a tad wide without the engine, but its 440mm wide inside and 508mm outside cos the pipe is od34 and the head is appr 435mm
