    Yeah they forgot to open the release vent before emptying it, so it imploded (apparently).

    that will be the other way around !! with tankers they have a sepperate vaccum pump on unit or an offsite vac pump !!
    now when you want to fill an tanker you generate a vaccum when it reads - wat eva the kpa rating is for the tank you open the suction ball valve and the vaccum in tank sucks the product in and vissa versa for draining you put + kpa pressure in then open the ball valve. if you notice the train tanker is on a slab and not the rail therefore its a test of structure or its been failed and for testing purposes it has been vacuated till it imploded.

    if they forgot to relase the vent it would have EXPLODED from the presure!!
