A month back I sold a 2002 CR500E which is a fully registerable "enduro" model. With a derestricted (full noise) exhaust it was about the gnarliest thing I'd ever ridden on the road and it was legal.
A 500 crosser with rego was a wet dream of mine dating back to my YZ490 days. But it was way hairy on the road so i banned myself and kept it only on the dirt for the sake of my licence and my undies. Exit stage left, one CR500, enter stage right, one GSXR streetfighter.
Well done Rexie, something like that will be a choice machine on the road, as I'm sure you already know.
