Got some very similar from fleabay US for mine. Not saying quality is same but will stop the Bandit on a penny. Mine are stamped "Made in Japan" on the centres. Go figure !

    Hi all!
a very long time is gone that i post anything new
from the bike of my wife..
the last was this treat one year ago...
but than came one fu..ing illness after the other
    (last op was in december)
but now it gives something new to show
    about the bike...
first i changed the Haya forks against..
    Honda CBR1000rr `07 forks
    with chrome calipers
    (not shown on the pic)

    RADIAL .. GDS tripletrees
(forklcover for GDS trees are in planing)

    Wheels PERFORMANCE MACHINE CHICANE 3,5 /6,0 x17
    BRAKE ROTORS Galfer superbike

    HANDLEBAR at the moment..
    Magura MX2
( but i made a new selfmade one fot it )

BRAKE/CLUTCH MASTERCYLINDER Nissin Radial von ZX14 with TITAX Levers

Headlight this BILLET beauty from GLOW SPEZIAL

(yes .. no headlight unit from my own ones)

Rear Dumper comes the chrome dumper from my cbr in it

swingarm at the moment HAYABUSA with extensions 6-12 zoll
(would be changed next against a bandit swingarm with the same extension)

    the sidewinder headers was nice
but not rideable with the new short forks
so i changed the headers again stainless steel
bandit headers with a leo vince GP exhaust

license plate holder would be an ajustable one
rear flasher Kellermann Micro 1000 DF ( they includs the rear and brakelight)

    YouTube- Kellermann Micro 1000 DF

Fork + swingarmsliders from tuner factory x

    bodywork..
Fuell tank stays as it is..

new rear seat .. is an (who knows it??)

    front fender from Hesa

Belly i realy not know at the time witch one it would be..

and also the new headlight arrives today..

    "I`LL BE BACK "
    @ griff
i bought the rotors here from a dealer by ebay
the correct name of them is
GALFER WAVE EXTREM price is 425 euros per pice
but i purchase them by auktion for 450 euros the pair

you can get also copies of the rotors by ebay usa from chinese dealers..
    but i dont know
if it was a realy lifesafing quality??
these ones costs then 140 us dollars..
at the cbr i have now motomaster flames also
    top rotors..

    for watching..

    fook mate thats nice
some amount of work gone in to
    it.

  12. #52
Time goes by and the slabbie gets
more and more on the way to finish..

    everybody in germany told me
    "you can`t use forkcovers
when you have GDS triple trees,
because you can`t screw the radial clamps..
but i make some and can screw all what i want..

and the chrome rear suspension from my cbr(sc44)
    find a new working place

and at last so far all the front electrik is working..
brakelines and all kables are on their places

    http://img691.imageshack.us/i/24052010062.mp4/

Tomorrow should come the body parts back from the painter
and i hope the swingarm comes till the end of the week
    also back..

    some parts arrived..
first i get a new sproket

and the swingarm is back from drilling
now fits the 28mm hayabusa axle in the
    25 mm gsxr swingarm..

now i must drill the caliper holder a little bit smaler to fit
between the wheel and the swingarm..

half an hour later the swingarm had an 2,5 cm high up kit in
    and the headers are on..
(i must change the sidewinder against brand new marving headers
because the cbr1000 forks are 5 cm shorter than the forks befor
and so it is not high enough for using the sidewinder for driving
    right side curves)

    other parts are ready

my wife loves it so far..
and hopes it goes fast with the paint parts..
(she is waiting over 1 year now)

    my hope is..
i get the body parts till the end of the week...
