Small Wheel Deals at Paisley Drv. Lawnton is expected to bring a bike or two. They will be advising their customers that Test and Tunes at Willowbank are available to run Mini Motards.

Willowbank 10/4 -- 17.7 at 70mph. The speed is restricted by gearing--Smaller rear on the way. Great fun--

I'd like to see more of this sort of thing. I think it would catch on. Shit load of cheap fun!

What a great bike--- no wheel stands worries there. Thanks for photos

I wonder if they would let this thing race because I would like to see that. Found pic somewhere. THAT IS THE SHIT!!!

SHIT! 85+mph on a stock framed Zed50 is insane! the rake and trial specs on those things is scary at 30mph! That dude has stainless steel balls!!

Thats FUCKIN Awesome
will anyone let you run them circut wise?

OMFG.....Finally I find other people who are interested in this kind of cheap fun!!!! Oddly enough I just found this site & thread by chance while googling images of Willowbank for a Lego project (long story - go & google "Lego Digital Designer" & find out).
How many of you on here are interested in doing this on a semi regular basis? I ask because after a long time of drag racing cars in the street series I changed to two wheels & couldn't resist taking the scooter out for some shits & giggles.
As it turns out in Europe, Taiwan, Puerto Rica & the US scooter drag racing is a legit category in it's own right.......to the point you can buy off the shelf dragster frames from a site in Germany:

If ayone is going back out to the track with their MM's please let me know!

I have the MM 150 seen earlier and I expect to head back to Willowbank after hols. ( March ) Meanwhile here is a link to a Junior Dragbike Post on Dragbike.com.au _

Awesome!!! Hopefully will have the upgraded engine finished & tuned by then - will come out with it as well. Not sure on the performance, but with an ET of 22 sec on a stock 50cc carrying 105kg rider, changing up to 98cc should net a sub 20....I hope :-)

damn wish i had seen this earlier i not long ago sold my road registered motovert mini motard with a chp racing 175cc with tb 186cc kit i had 17/32 gearing and could hit 117k's on the flat before hitting rev limiter. would have loved to raced someone down the strip.
maybe i can build a budget non road reg version to race hmm
