    Arrangments for leaving from my house to afr

    ok heres the details for blast off 2009 [as usual suggestions welcome]

    this if for the people leaving from my house at woy woy
    itinery as follows:
    thurs 2nd april
    1.00am leave woy woy[gas up before we leave chaps/chapesses
    4.00am arrive Port mac fuel stop and short rest[our car with a trailer will have a range of about 250-270ks]
    4.30am leave Port mac
    7.30/8.00am arrive Grafton breakfast and fuel
    9.00/9.30am leave Grafton
    10.30am arrive Casino airfield

    so far we have in our little convoy;
    me[jockney rebel]
    the missus[the missus]
    the son[mini me]
    Andy[the weazel]
    Sal[the merlyn]
    Lance [the fight fan]
    Chase[ the chase]
    Brodie [the brodie]
    and possibly Phill[the phill]
    thats 3 bikes ,3cars ,and 2 trailers we reckon it makes sense for the bikes to sit between the 2 lead cars as its safer at night and i expect them to peel off at sun up,obviously the bikes will have to gas up more often then the cars
    the timetable is not written in stone but allows for a margin of error/delay

    its 659 kms at an average speed of 80kph gives us 8.5 hours roughly
    we should have a pretty straight through run with no traffic [the reason for leaving at stupid o'clock ......also this route has major road works on it so getting to Grafton fairly early avoids getting caught in them during the rush hour and gives us a nice run on the Summerland way straight into Casino

    I'v checked it out on whereis.com tho n it looks fairly straight forward! As long as I can make it to the newcastle fwy incident free we'l be sweet! I might put chase in charge of directions so I wont be my fault in case we get lost! LOL! [^]

    hey bloke, where abouts in sydney are you?
    at this stage im not 100% sure if im going or not but as long as work gives me time off i will be there. you can throw your tent or anything else you have in the back of my ute.

    Jim can you please print out the itinerary, laminate it please and have it ready for us all when we get there so none of us go over the allowable time limits you have set us.
