    FZX250 Streetfighter project COMPLETE

    ello there everyone

well im glad to say that everysince i saw this bike on the internet, i somehow developed an interest in street fighters. i quickly saw the potential in the bike and seeing that it was priced very cheaply for what it was, i snatched it out of the previous owners hands( by the way she was a female, explaining the colour)
well by now you should be asking yourself the question, DUDE THE FUCK ARE YOU GOING ON ABOUT???!!!!??

Here is a picture of the bike which i purchased about 2 months ago.

it was nothing special at the time but there was just something about that bike that made want to own it.

During the time its been in my hands its seen a lot of changes, some for the better, some for the worse.

Here is a few of those examples

    new handlebars

New headlight unit and indicators in the back and front

then here comes the bad bit
we were fucking around with my friends welder and threw a car exhaust on the bike[B)] sounded a lot better than what it looked like i tell ya that

    after this
the exhaust came off again and put a shorty exhaust on it

then it was time for the paintjob so i stripped the whole bike down and gave the fairings off to my mate doing the paint, while he was busy painting the plastics, i got my hands busy as well and started painting shit myself, also put a slash cut end on the shorty can because it looked pretty dull

then outta nowhere this random asian guy popped up

After all this work yesterday the fairings all came back from the workshop and i got everything back together. All the work and fucking around had finally paid off.

Ladies and gentlemen it is my honour to present to you the ultimate learner legal sex machine

By the way i also threw on some motox handlebars just cause the other ones looked a bit dodge with the new paintjob

    tell me guys
is this enough to earn some respect around here

Nice work Fatman. I had a Zeal back in '02. I imagine it would sound great around 13000rpm with that pipe you've got on it. Those MotoX 'bars suit it better too, but where did ya get the chrome ones from and how much were they? I'd like some for my bike. Are you going to do anything with the wheels? I reckon black painted centres would look cool. Gold wouldnt look too bad either - although they still look good as is.

Mate i like what you have done nice job.

But if i may make a suggestion?? The exhaust looks a bit funny with the angle it's on.

You need to either shorten it even more and have under the bike, or run it up at an angle
maybe the same as the seat unit.

    Just my 2c

Welcome mate, and well done on the build of your very first fighter. Not to sure about the gold paint though. But we all gotta start somewhere I guess.

I would love to become a professional whistler. I'm pretty amazing at it now, but I wanna get, like, even better. Make my living out of it.
