    Was in the first issue of Superbike I ever bought. Smashed the Zed 13 tail light doin' wheelies. Skiing like a mad weasel with clogs on.

    I can't take credit for that. The latest version of World Wide Bomber Magazine has an interview with him (as he went into retirement and avioded interviews, but because he's Finnish he said he'd do one for the Finn magazine), and seeing as how the whole thing is online, in between articles there are videos. I saw that one and it took me back to reading Performance Bikes Magazine back in the UK in the 80's. I could hardly not share it now could I?

    I remember reading about him too when I were a lad and thinking FUCKIN HELL. Didn't he later race a downhill skier downhill on a KX 250 crosser or did he take a KX 250 off a ski jump. Something downhill, steep and on Ice. Top Man I say.
