AFR 08 rough plan get together Sunday 24th Feb

With so many posts going in the same thread over three months, some of us may be a little lost on some of the details.

So I was thinking we should get the people who are going together in one room and go over where we are with everything so we are all on the same page.

Some people might want to all hang around together and some might want to do their own thing and just unload their bike and meet at AFR later.
So it'll be good for everyone to know who is going where and what they're doing so people will know if it fits in with their plans.

Also we can go over what we have organised for packing and transport and make plans on that side with everyone so it doesn't turn into a schamozzle when it comes time to go and get our bikes.

So, if you're going to AFR, I propose meeting at Cheers Pub in Vic Park at 5pm.
We can have a couple of beers and lay out some rough plans so we're all on the same page.
Swap mobile numbers, make a rough schedule, check who's landing when and on what plane etc.

Any other bright ideas ?

22nd or 24th of Feb at Cheers sounds good or were you thinking earlier or later?

24th mate, 5pm, that's got my vote. Will see what the other protagonists think. i'm flexible. Friday would also work for me but people that have to work would probably want it a bit later. I dont care really, as long as we get together.
Bring the missus too mate so mine won't feel lonely and afraid.
