Due to a lack of communication between Vic members (including myself), I thought I'd start a thread to get all the details out in the open.

I'll start.
I'm going, trailering the GS behind the Explorer again.
I have three spare seats and will fit one maybe two other bikes on the trailer. I'm planning on taking plenty of tools, a 3X3 gazebo(pit tent) esky, chairs etc.
Good work Clint. Sounds like Greg (Booster) is bringing a few bikes as well. He'll be next to comment I reckon!

Driving up and trailering my shitfighter , could throw a bike on the trailer but i dont know if ill have room for a human.. Heap of tools maybe a seat but im fine in the dirt bla bla bla and more random stuff.
Yep regrettably there is no chance to blow my shit up at the salt, so i'll have to take one or two to Casino for a play.

I spoke to the Guv this morning & he werded me up about Brad's crew lobbing up, I'm unusually flat out with work early this week but I'll make time to get down to Bikecraft & suss their plans out - possibly Wendsy or Thursdy - as soon as I've spoken to them I'll know more about transport, etc.
After the discussions we had when a few of us got together on Satdy, it's honestly not looking promising but I haven't given up yet, if I/we can get there & back without taking a week or more off work & spending a million $$ there'll be more enthusiasm I'm sure.

Due to a twenty percent reduction in my pay I will need to share a ride with someone, I'm happy to use my vehicle and trailer but really need someone to split the costs of getting there and back with.

At this stage,Ill be riding up from Melb (knox area), do the AFR thing,head to Brissy,stay somewhere up there for afew days more then fly back from Brissy and send bike back via Ferguson trans????
Im thinking of staying at Caberra for first nite (as I have a mate up there,yet 2 confirm thou) and second nite at Newcastle??.
SO who IS riding up there from Melb??,I dont have any probs riding up there by myself,just hope I dont break down [B)] but it would be good to ride up there with some of ya hoons,or catch up somewhere along the way.

I have just payed for my ticket, so I'm 100% committed to going. As I previously mentioned I a looking for someone to share the driving and fuel bill with. I have one, maybe two spare spots on the trailer and room for at least a couple of people plus gear in the vehicle.
I would like to leave Thursday morning and plan to arrive in Casino late that night or early Friday morning.
