There are 3 certainties in life - death, taxes & me & Shano camping Trackside at the Supers.
We will be parking our beer swilling arses there for the weekend like we've done for the last 7 years, with the strong possibiblity of a special guest appearance by Nudieboy. [8D]
The Supers is the pinnacle of motorcycle spectatordom in Australia, where else can you get blind drunk for 3 days & ride your bike around the outside of the best racetrack in the world as fast as you want?
This year there'll be both the Troy boys, McCoy, Brookes, Parkes & Pitt to cheer on & I'd bet my left one it'll be an Aussie clean sweep of both SBK & WSS races.
This year promises to be very different with the inclusion of a Drag show featuring Latheboy & Gibbo [:0][xx(].... & I don't mean they're going to race each other from a standing start either [V]
NOT looking forward to that.
I will have to see if I can get a pass card for the supers this year and bring my fishnets

Every year I swear I wont camp again, the party is great and very tempting []Good bands and of course the nudie run
BUT always end up FREEZING cold, uncomfortable cause no room on bike to carry anything [:I] and spend a fortune buying firewood. Smelly dirty and cold ohhh Motorcycles are so much fun lol.
Did the flashy house thing last year for the GP - and MISSED the camp ground, sitting there all I could eat and drink, thinking gee I wish I was in the camp ground.
I have come up with a perfect solution - convince a friend to drive down and take all the stuff.
Don't worry Jo, I have a cunning plan this year,
I'll go to the Salvo's & scab some extra blankets for you & bring 'em with me.
I'll also be bringing lots of firewood
& a BBQ
& a stereo system
& a TV
& a lounge suite
