Ride went well, only 1 bike got tired and had a lay down.right hand up hill hairpin coming out of Berowra Waters and Jeff looked at the edge of the road and went straight there.Smashed front wheel, both sides of fairing and bent forks.Everyone was walking around giving their expert oppinoins of how it happened and seeing if Jeff was OK and giving sympathy for his misfortune.I simply said "Look at it this way, you dont have to polish the front wheel anymore mate, think of all the time you just saved yourself" That cheered him up.

A few fast guys up front.

There was a guy on a brand new FZ1 with LARGE panniers on the thing loaded with 10kg in each as a test for his Phillip Island run.He started off mid bunch and as the trip progressed he picked us off 1 by 1.I saw him in my mirror and thought I will try to gap him, well 2 corners later he backed the thing into the corner in front of me and another 2 corners later......GOOOOOOOONE!

When he reached the front he buzzed past the quickest guy on a 2005 Blade and the blade guy chased him for about 3km before the FZ1 left him behind when the road got a little rough.

We got to Brooklyn Pub for lunch and filled the footpath with bikes(Harley style) and proceeded to eat and drink.

I hope to see some of you lot on the next run as it was quite amazing the response I got from everyone about my bike.
