    interesting stuff crash

i have some stuff here that glues polycarbonate to pretty much anything
    made by Weld-On
one of these 2 i think

    WELDON # 16
Fast drying, high strength, bodied. Bonds acrylics to itself. Also for styrene, butyrate, polycarbonate and other plastics and porous surfaces.

WELDON # 10 (WHITE OR GREY IN COLOUR)
2-Part, high strength structural adhesive. High viscosity. Bonds PVC, acrylics, styrene, ABS, polycarbonates to steel, aluminium, etc.
    Rev the fucker!!!!!

I'm not sure how you will go getting from a hardware store.
I found it at CNW an Electrical wholesaler here in Gladstone
They have stores all over the place or maybe you might find it on the net
