    Let me rephrase,

Anyone who works for a Suzuki Dealer or who imports, who can get good prices on Factory Suzuki Stuff. Just wanted to see if anyone could get a hold of stuff first. I could just walk into a Suzuki dealer myself, no shit! but for what i want, i want to know if I'm paying too much.

I bought a new 1250 Bandit, only released 3 or 4 weeks ago and after a little incident involving a kangaroo last Sunday I need a few front end parts to get back on the road. Ring up the Suzuki dealer for what I need and they can't help me cause they haven't got spare parts list yet, not even Suzuki Australia, they ring me the next day so I'll tell what I need and get told it's all ex Japan, no spares in Oz except one small fairing part that common to the 06 1200 Bandit.

Fairing and front fender are different cause there was was no blue 06 bandit and they come painted, frame is different cause they use bigger tube and the motor is shorter cause they've semi stacked the 2 gearbox shafts also the swingarm is longer to suit shorter frame than 06 model. Forks look the same but what I wanted was steel inner fork tubes, fairing bracket, fairing and front fender all of which a few weeks from Japan, forgot to ask about a headlight, only part they could supply was a small black panel that fit to bottom of headlight and fairing. But at the prices and delivery they quoted I can get it back on the road quicker and cheaper with USD forks and ditch the faring, I would have bought the naked model but they only bring the faired model into Australia.

yeah i know the wreckers but the little shit i need is the stuff they chuckbut i'll be going back every now and then to see if they have anything new.

and yes suzki australia are great at the "all parts ex-japan" excuse. if people ask for them, what is the use of having them in japan? they must be used across a couple of models....

http://www.suziparts.com.au/ in Adelaide, has lots of OEM bits.
I've bought lots of stuff for my GS1000, from him over the last few years.
Worth a phone call to check prices.
Thought you had a kwaka and a Dook?
