Looks like a really nice pro job mate, still no joy with the brake lever?
Have to contact them in 2 days to see what's happening. Its no big thing to sort. I'll just grind it down a bit if they don't exchange it. Had to make a bush for the clutch lever to fit!!! I'd rather they change it though
Well that come up nice and tidy mate, good job..
Yeh very tidy Julez I like it!
nice one jules, headlight is lookin good
Sweet as!
Finally got off my ass and got some front indicators. Took me a while to find exactly what I wanted and I'm happy with the result.

Love your work Jules top stuff..
Looking good Jules.
Cheers boys. I know what I want for the bike. Just takes a while to find or make the parts though.
Next on my list is to re-make the coolant overflow bottle. Gonna try to make it out of a solid bar alloy. Drill and bore it so as to have no caps welded on using a sintered cap as a breather (and to fill up from). Then make a bracket with 2 mounting points (rather than the current one with only 1 mounting point) and finally finish it off nicely in black so as not to really show up next to the radiator
[:0] dats naughty.. top stuff Jules..
Fuckin hooligans! :D Nice mate!
The adult part of my brain (don't ask where it is, it must be tiny) is telling me that you are a lunatic, and this kind of anti-social behaviour must be stamped out before we are all corrupted...
But... the little kid part of my brain (the one with the majority-share) is screaming "Fuckin Sick Wheelie, Mister! Do a skid!!!"[8D][8D][8D]
Finally decided to get my ass into gear and start taking the bike to bits (hope I can put it back together again). Plan is to strip it down to the bear bones. Clean it all up, repaint the engine and powdercoat the frame. Also put on a few bits and bobs and maybe modify a few things. We'll see how it goes.
Was in the shed for a few hours tonight and got it to this stage. All bodywork removed. Air box and carbies off. Loom is disconnected as well and i have drained the coolant. Tomorrow hopefully be back in there after work and get some more work done
