Nah, it's WOVR. Was only a couple hundred bucks.

What do you guys think, too steep or about right?

Looks about right. The angle of the tail (looking at the pillion seat section) looks to be matching the lines of the tank. Seat height looks about right too from standard, but you'd obviously want to sit on it to be sure
I think that looks pretty good, if you drop the headlight so that the top is tangent to the line from the seat and tank it'll look great
Was the frame damaged prior to chopping it? Whatcha doing with what's left?
Dropped the seat angle a little, reckon it looks a bit more natural.
Also finished my coolant overflow ;)

Ha. Nice!
Did a first prototype for the undertray and put the electrics back in, looks like everything will fit nicely.

Super happy with how the keyless system works, thinking I'll mount the on/off button in the steering stem.
I personally hate electrics, but I remember continually push starting Fimps TLR due to gremlins with his key-less ignition.
Has reliability improved?
I've always liked electrics cause they make sense to me, if something doesn't work as it should it's wired wrong and needs to be fixed.
There will be battery drain when the unit is active but the lithium battery should handle it fine. I also have a master switch to toggle the unit on and off for when I leave it alone for longer periods.
I've been running an M-unit keyless ignition from Motogadget for the past 5 years without an issue. Well, once i sorted out the internal short that kept draining the battery that is. Mine is a swipe on / off style though rather than proximity but i love it. Stops me from accidentally riding off without the key, haha
I got some Brembo bling

And the bike got a new home :)

Proper garage mate? This is all turning out very nice hey?
I’m really digging this bike, masters look ace
and is that a led h4 bulb your using and if so how do you
find it
Yep, finally. I'm quite happy with the bike apart from some issue causing super stiff steering.
Thanks! It's an eBay special, only cost around $60 for a pair.
Yeah I have to run mine without the waterproof cover to have enough space, might seal it later but seems fine now.
Super stiff steering? The stem isn't bent is it?
Looking good, in regards to the stiff steering, you haven't over tighten the stem nuts at all?
Taillight really brings the rear together

Love the continual progress mate. This is a great build.
you have until November.
then we will establish the first VFR800 cup through the snowies. I mean NFR.
Prepped the bottom subframe mounts for welding and started hacking up my old midpipe for my new exhuast.

Just gotta learn how to weld now...
Cool. These new "non-underground-parking-area" photos are making the bike look different again. Tidy little project this one.
Loving the new look too
Exhaust done, sounds great and I'm somewhat impressed with the quality given it's Chinesium.

Excellent...
Loving it mate. Top stuff
That looks great!
(I wonder how it feels to fit on a bike and not make it look like a 125)
