I often go out or return via Glorious now I live on the Northside.
Didn't see The car burnt out last week but was told about it.
I think they were trying to make their money back yesterday.
Radar van, unmarked cars, etc. I was told 4 riders got banned.
I had an early one as I want to be home for the GP.
Ive been up around Noosa / Noosaville / Obi Obi a bit recently too...
Up to Noosaville, across to do Obi-Obi Rd, Mapleton, Montville, Malaney, Woodford, Kilcoy, Esk,
up the range to Hampton, Toowoomba,
home via Helidon, Gatton and the new Legacy Way Tunnel.
A lazy little 550k loop.

I might possibly maybe be riding around this area in December. Heading up to see the old boy at Kalangur. He rides out that way a lot. I'm hoping to have my bike running before we leave and I'll drag it up with us.

Just did a "ride in ride out" deal on a Roadsmart 3 rear tyre and an EK chain.
Couldn't be arsed with fitting my own or taking in lose wheels.
I'm quite happy using Sportsmarts but haven't used Roadsmarts before.
Bit of a harder tyre but I'm eating up too many recently.

Just a lazy 700+ k's fuck I feel slack
I was going to fit in a Kennilworth - Gympie - Kennilworth run,
and head back over Obi-Obi Rd, then do Peachester twistys and
come home via Somerset Dam and over Mt G but ran out of time.
It's easy to clock up miles on the highway, but anything 750 to 1000k
on twistys and back roads feels like you've done something.
Done a few runs recently... Brisbane, Yatala, Bearded Dragon, Beaudesert, Rathdowny,
Kyogle, Casino, then a few runs up-down-up-down the Bruxner Highway between
Casino and Tenterfield (the section after Drake is good!) then back the same way.
That's similar mileage to yesterday.
Dose running to the fridge in the workshop count as a run?
