Ok... I sound like a broken record...
I'm in my 20's and I LOVE anal sex... For me it is better than vaginal.. Much more satisfying but there are prerequisites and post-requisites often embarrassing for the girl but they have to be done...
Prerequisites:
1) An enema. Yes the girl must be given or give herself an enema. I decided if I have to do this, why not make it fun and I have my boyfriend give it to me like I'm sick patient and he is the hot male internal. Some will argue an enema is not required. Certainly that is true but it makes for a much cleaner experience for both parties.
2) Foreplay and lube. I have found that the key is to get as much lube up the girl as you can. The natural tendency of the muscles will be to slowly push it out along with gravity so as you are having anal sex the lube will slowly come down and help. This does not mean you shoot it up her with a hose... But a big dab on the finger and insert it followed by several more big dabs and deep insertion into her will get the lube up her. Then on foreplay the key is to start small and work up to big. This is what I enjoy the most... I get to lay on my side, pull my knees up a little bit and be totally receptive and let the guy have at me from behind. I get to lay there and just enjoy it. He has learned to put LOTS of lube up me... so there are lots of dabs and deep insertions... The coolness of the lube feels very good as he slides his finger up me. He finishes with a vibrator that is about the size of his penis. Then I'm ready.
3) Position. I like doggy on the end of the bed with him standing behind me. It just works... The other is for him to bend me over a table and stand behind me. The initial insertion is usually painless but can be a little embarrassing because if there is any gas up me it will come out sounding like a wet fart. We just both have to laugh and figure that's part of anal sex. I've had these sounds continue to come out as he strokes in and out. I'm not farting... it just sounds that way. Plus this can and often does continue to happen during the entire act... Sorry if that grosses you out but the girl really is not farting... she's just getting air and lube pushed out of her. Thats another reason for the enema... the air that is pushed out won't smell.
Ok post-requisites:
It is a fact that what goes up me must come out of me... Sad but true... so the lube, the ejaculate... its all gotta come out... Unfortunately it doesn't always do so on command. Sometimes it is hours later and at the worst possible time... So I always try to plan a few hours AFTER anal sex where I don't have to be anywhere because sometimes I can't control the flow and it just happens. Again sorry if that grosses you out, you guys put all that stuff up there... its not my fault.
So does it hurt, no, is it fun, god yes... is it embarrassing, everytime... is it worth it, yes yes yes but only if they guy can realize the embarrassing situation he is putting the girl in and accept it.
