Once you run out of room for your "free" stuff. I'll be happy to store some in my shed for you.
Build more shed, fill, repeat

Part of the master plan has been to do away with my old trusty tool trolly that holds a mile of tooling etc for lathe work.
It takes up room and even tho it is mobile, with the chucks and tooling as well as stock on the back side it is fucking heavy and a pain to move other than when it is really needed so to move machinery around workshop. Long weekend spending some nights in the shed with a few cold drinks and the odd cupa I have almost finished the mods to the lathe to take some of the load. The hard part with anything like this is never to forget work flow. It took awhile and some head sratching but I think this is a good comperise.

Just out of curiosity mate are you planning on sealing the edges of the ply ? I'm just thinking it may absorb coolant/ cutting fluid is all....
Looks good though.
mate i try not to use that much coolent in the first place, its horid stuff at the best of times...
the whole thing cost nothing ( ply was was picked of a pallet of off cuts ) and really it is just slaped together. It took longer to work out how to put stuff for ease of use than it did building. So really at the end of the day by the time it is fucked Ill be a old man or have a better way of doing it.... So short answer I couldnt be fucked, if it rots it rots
Fairy nuff.
Looks sweet Lynton
Same plan diffrent spot

Even the smallest things can make like a shit load better
in a work space. 1/4 hr and some scrap I finally got around
to building a third hand. There is no set way to make then as
long as they do two things. Holding pieces in place is the really
handy bit but it's a really cool earth if built right. It seens unlikely
but plate dosnt always pervide a clean earth. This one has a brass
base and silver solder on the tip so it provides a clean earth and no
marks on the job or the bench.

Have you got a Rolf Harris wobble board in your shed? and whats the weather doing down your way ?
you surpling the girls davo lol
weather is fine so far mate
Well in anougher case of it's not but who you know.
I had word out of need for a big piece of plate (2400x900).
I need a piece that big for the lift jig table.
While this isn't big enough for that it still is fucking 25mm t1 plate.
So when asked still want it, well only one answer to give.
Shane and I trotted off to and picked this out dirt where it had been left in
for the last god knows how many yrs. A bit of tlc I think it came up great.
It will become a fixed jig table. I now just have to work out how to drill
all the fucking taped holes in it lol

That would have been nice and light to move around! Another score for Lynton. That's a good score card you've got there mate.
Fork lift onto trailer then round bar under to roll off onto trolly
weighs in at just under 300kg but was surprisingly good.
I need all the scores I can get looks like over $700
just for the top of lift jig table. Ex top bike frame in shed
has finaly been given the green light for its mods so can't wait
around for a piece to turn up :-( mind u ends up I work for free
and use his cash for the bits to build his bike, at least I end
up with more cool toys.
The quote I heard today was too good not to share.......
"Look at my workshop" says Lynton to girlie....
"Cute" she says..."Do they make them in man size too ??"
Ready to start the chop on the table top

Every body should have one :-)
No.
Everyone should have a mate with one ;-)
Bring money I can be anyone's mate lol
Well, the engine of the CB could do with a clean...
There is no better finish on a air cooled mate
Yeah, with dynamite.... ;)
There's a good "fix" for an old Honda....
http://i57.tinypic.com/25qvj3q.jpg
Hey, came by at the right price, so wasn't gonna say no
That is a nice fit in there tony
Yeah, doesn't look bad. Don't mind the bodywork on the CB900's.
Seen a few oil cooled lumps in old Zeds but not normally stuffed in the Honda's.
and the honda donk is a lot more fragile than the zed, also the z and suz air cooled are well better surported go figure
Performance, reliability, less embarrassing to be seen on, it's all win!
http://i58.tinypic.com/29cw2f5.jpg
Performance, reliability not if you know what your doing...
less embarrassing well pot kettle black and all that lol
Still got a few more box's of this 30 year old shit to sort through and work out
what I'm using and I'll try and get a list together.....

You know I do engine work now as well hehe
Hey Lynton I thought of Felix the Fixture Table a few weeks ago I was at Wollongong TAFE for a Training Camp, they just spent $11.5 Million on a refurb in the Metal Fab and Fitting & Turning Depts. I got to use one of the three Demmeler Tables they have, not sure if the head teacher was exaggerating but he said the tables were $29k and the tool racks were $10k. They were the bombdiggity to use.
