Looking good mate, and congrats on the rego.
Good stuff Large, This thread was started in 2007 & shows that stickatitness will get it done, I feel like my old ZXR is taking too long to put together but good things come to those who wait I spose
Im pretty set on the ZX10 for my next project later on, I heard that Stu fella can build them nice! LOL
Do you have any other plans for it? Apart from being able to legally ride it now

thats a nice staffy we just bought a male for zeke for xmas he is a fucking little boofhead as well
Good work on the photos. Ok, votes are in: I'd say the tail needs some reduction to do the trick.
you know what I think leave the tail where it is but under mount the number plate etc on the exthust a bit like it was done on hysteria
imo it would all ballance out because of the slightly high angle the rear bodywork runs, it matchs the line of the tank and helps the stout stance
jed my skills be like a cow....outstanding in a field lol
Seamless Ozzy haha ....
Like everyone else has said you should shorten the tail.
I'm not sold on the cans under the seat but hey it's your ride.
I'd cut the zoast so that the can ends where the pipes end now.....
Stumpy link pipe and CAN exiting just behind the rear set... You down with the gidy up???
Thanks for the comments and advice guys.
Now that the bikes registered, I thought it would be a good time to strip it down again.

I'm sticking with the undertail zaust for now...unless/until it really shits me, when I might go the stubby undercan. Anywho, I welded on a coupla supports for the cans.

The cans still look a bit squinty.

Being a glutton for punishment I'm working on homemade tail MkIII so I can get a nice short rump on it.

Still got a lot of shaping to do, but it's heaps shorter and narrower than the CBRRRRRR tail in the earlier pics.
Got a few ideas about colours, but youse'll have to wait and see.
im becoming a fan of the frame and stance of these water cooled new fangled kwaka's...
I like it the way the tail was, I think the pipes need swapping so the small curves are out and big curves in.
lookin good large
