Minor Update, got some mail today from Pro-Bolt and Oberon..
I've replaced nearly every bolt on the bike with stainless or anodized purple so not many left but the top/bottom yoke and the axle pinch bolts were bugging me so I replaced them with some tapered allen stainless items..
Also some deep purple anodized chain adjuster blocks..

So I was going to ride the TL to AFR12 as the tyres on the R1 are completely shot.. But I couldn't not ride the Streetfighter to a Streetfighter get together that'd be stooopid so at the super last minute I excersised the plastic card and forked out for some spankin Pirelli Rosso's

and fitted my wanky purple chain adjusters..

I have a minor issue of the new risers have a M10 fitment bolt, and the top clamp on the R1 is drilled out to 12mm... No biggie just chased up some brass bushes 12mm OD x 10mm ID x 20mm Long and voila..

Misses Gitzy would've looked great holding your new nuts. Ay, ay, see what I did there.

Will do with the Locktite Rod, I had a few other bolts get loose on the way to AFR this year umm like my TRIPLE BOLTS.. lesson learnt..
Lol Geoff ..

Well I thought I'd get off my ass and fit the new Oberon risers today..
Heres the difference between the Renthal risers I had on originally and the Oberon risers..
Renthal from top of yoke to bottom of bar = 23mm
Oberon from top of yoke to bottom of bar = 36mm
So 13mm overall rise

My little issue of using an M10 bolt with the 12mm hole I had originally drilled for the Renthal's was easilly overcome with some 10mm Id x 12mm OD x 20mm Long Brass bushes.. Easy As..

Only a minor change, I only picked them up with my Oberon Mirrors as they weren't to expensive Ultimately I want to buy some BXP risers to match my front brake resi.. I do however like the new height..
