sweet mate and hope to see it at the TT
in the next few days.
don't think it made it....gearbox went out on it a couple of days before the TT
think he must have gone on his hillbilly blade!
on the upside...think he's gonna turbo it whilst the engine is in bits!

now i know why.
fook will be the dogs with a turbo.
how you getting on with the spondon radiobloke
That looks fucking brutal mate. It actually got my heart racing just looking at it. I fucking love it.
output shaft nut spun off , loaded up the outrigger bearing , locked up the box , had the motor running since , off the road for this year , fit clip ons under top yoke , fit 1216 kit , fit turbo , stumpy the seat a bit , paint it
fitting a shorter seat unit

and lower more controllable bars

http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g2...h/DSCF1880.jpg
these ain't the final clip ons , i'll make some , and put the shrouds back too
Really cool bike, but I don't know if I could run clip ons with those eye pokers looking back at me.
"Relentless" I like it
the top nut has a spike too , it'll make the involuntary turbo wheelies fun
Ha. Fucking mental. Love it. That tail will look better as well mate, it'll really show of the back end. What happened for you to realise it needed to be "More controllable"?
the front slapping over a bump , the front sliding into the kerb while pulling out of a junction , just a general feeling of uncontrolled danger , no feeling through bars .
the germans seem to manage , dunno if rake or trail is diff
posty's been

That looks suspiciously like a turbo ;)
Hope you've fixed that handling issue cause its gonna get a lot more interesting. :D
The more of this I see the more I'm lov'n it. Keep up the good work mate.
You seem to have the same upholstery method as me mate. Nice. That tail looks sweet, glad you kept it shorter than the rear wheel length.
Awesome man... surely one of the nicest slabbies around. I really dont see anything I dont like.
I lmfao when I read as far as the turbo. Your a legend!
Engine specs please ?
Love the thing.
Looking at the dyno vid....is the back wheel off centre?
back wheel is bang in line , the plastics weren't on right mate
engine specs , standard today , but will soon be 1260 low compression with busa pistons , heavy duty valve springs and cam chain , mtc lock up clutch, hsr45 carb , homemade wastegate , cometic head gasket , hybrid rayjay b flow turbo , home made (well at my work) engine cases, outrigger bearing ....think thats it
bit more done

gotta love impulse buying from the internet
that is friggin tidy, very nice, impulse buying you gotta love.
very very sweet, keep it up
i'd gladly buy those forks + brakes off ya!
btw, how does that big chunk of ally clamp the forks exactly??
just curious
there will be 4 M8 cap screws on either side through the slot that comes off the hole , the hole is about 0.004" clear , tighten the screws and it clamps around the fork leg
got a bit more done

having to other peoples stuff to raise money ... not to mention having a real job keeps getting in the way
Maniac's Diary! Nice work! But why have you put the turbo there? Don't you think of using an IC?? I'd also convert it into FI, fuck knows how a single carb's gonna act with and without boost; hell, yeah, it's mine headache, hate 'em carbs re-jetting...
its a tried and tested simple set up ,it's worked on gixers for the last 20yrs , the guy helping me with the tubby has been building them for road and strip for 20yrs
Can't wait to see her running yantosh. Good luck mate!
Those clamps look [:p][:p][:p], in fact the whole bike looks
[:p], how much do you charge to make up a set like that?
bout £600
