I need to take a chill-pill before a shoot some fucker!!!!
How many things go sooooo wrong for me, the Noz parts are on back order from the states, i've only got 1 headlight from Germany the others on back order, The adaptor nut for the Pingle fuel tap is on back order, my tanks at the painters and he's binned his bike over the weekend and fucked his wristup(inconsiderate twat)Until i fit the tank i cant do the rear cam feed run. I cant sort the Brembo's out until i get the HRC reservoirs from Thialand and they're delayed due to their NEW YEAR !!!Jeez i hate deadlines, the bike needs to be finished for the end of the month so i can bed in the engine rebuild, get it dyno'd and iron out any faults before the TT......
-
I hope you dont get all your expensive bling parts on for tt, then i got a chance of looking better than you and not just whippin your arse on the circuit! hehe!!!! I got nothing but love for u really. As long as i get to shag the girl in the next tent 1st!! Ex, you can have the 2nds anytime m8, as i said nothing but love 4 ya!! Ps got an iron with steam function, just ask!!
-
P.S we won the war! What do you expect! Also think of racial equality and political correctness!!
-
Cheers for the encouragment TWAT :DDont worry m8, your bike always looks good in the dark and from a distance :D
PS.. I dont mind sharing dude, its normally you that gets my cast-off anyway so the TT was a 1st:Dand only coz you booby traped me with chemicals[^]
-
YEHAAAAR !!!! I get my tank back tommorrow :D so atleast i can finish off the cam feeds:D The posty droped off my high pressure lines and olives for the Noz so i can plumb that in too.
-
Sorted the final mounting plate for the pump and solonoids;)

Side shot with the shower heads fitted, the high pressure lines are going on in the morning

-
The rear cam feed T piece fitted with 180 and 45 take offs,to run the cam feeds out to the left side of the carbs either side of the foggers

-
very cool! what are the carb spacers for exile? are you using them for torque, or just to get the right carb boots fitted?
-
Cheerz dude:)The spacers are nitrous fogger adaptor plates to save drilling the head;)

I need to make a concise decision tommorow,as ive got 5 days off now and i want my bike finished by the end of this month, do i hold out for all the parts on back order and spend 5 days fucking around with the non-essentials till Tuesday and hope the parts come in and then its one mad dash to fit it all OR put it all back as was over the weekend and run it around to iron out any faults[?] Common sense says the latter, but me and sense sometimes dont mix ;)
-
Mate, I always go with your last idea. I had my bike in bits for months and then tested it with a 3124km trip to Phillip Island. A tip from experience for this method though - Take essential tools and lots of zip ties!
-
I picked up my tank this morning, im well chuffed with it. I dont know what i was thinking when i got the tank done last year with the red/white milarky...once you go black theres no going back ;) Im still waiting on shit loads of parts to come thru but ive got enough to be getting on with now...atlast
Gix, I'll be ok as long as im out with Cavey coz he's known locally as the "ZIP-TIE KID":D
-
As long as he's not the "zipper kid".
-
-
-
Does this mean some of your parts turned up?
-
Still waiting for....
Noz botttle valve and main feed line
Fuel cap
Pingle tap and fuel lines
Clip ons
Brake and clutch reservoirs
Brake and clutch lines
Throttle cables
Headlight
The fuel tap is holding me back on finishing the cam feed lines, only having 1 headlight is holding me back on making the headstock bracket.
The good thing is that i can actually get the bike finished without any of these parts and just put it back as was for the TT if im too pushed for time , but im a full time tart and want it done ;)
-
its looking hard mate!
so how much power we talking about with the noz?
must say i like the way it looks now with the acerbis modded for the gauges and the massive amounts of blackness
-
looks fuckin awesome mate, how much power you looking at??
-
Cheers fellas,i reckon the black tank brings out the bad ass ,the red/white paint made it look too cute:D
The motors not been dyno'd yet but im looking at around the 160+ BHP mark. The only jets ive got for the Noz are 20/24 which equates to around 60BHP of GO-GO juice. So expected around 220+ BHP on full chat;) I might down jet it to around 30 to start off with to keep the washing down for the Mrs :D

-
The fotos dont do the fuel cap any justice, im getting moist over the machine marks on it:DAnd i finally got the other elipsoid headlight thru, so i can get on with fab'ing up the mounting brackethttp://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y61...h/posty004.jpg
-
Fitted the Pingle tap which gives me an extra 15mm of clearance for the cam lines, these will get finished in the morning and then on to the headlight bracket. I'll need to rifle thru my lads school pencil case for a pertracter and compass to mock up the bracket;)
I can feel a week on the sick from work to get it all finished in time
-
Mocked up the headlight bracket today,http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y61.../lights001.jpg
A few beers to get the juices flowing, the boys compass and protractor and heres the basic bracket
http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y61.../lights002.jpg
Ive knocked up some 15mm spacers between the brackets and headstock mount. The mock ups sorted, tommorow i'll add some detail and polish the fuck out of it ;)http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y61.../lights005.jpg
Placed the top yoke on loosely just to get the feel for it, when its fitted propa all three will be in decending order[;)

-
Are you keeping the clip ons? or are risers coming?
-
PT,,the lights are from a company called MOTO VELO, they're 55w elipsoid so should be blinding;)
Huey,, flat bars and risers are sooooo last year darlink:D, the clip ons in the foto are off my old TL and are only on so i can wheel the bastard about. Im expecting some billet clamped clip ons this week
-
-
I like. I like a lot mate. Nice work. Be intrigued to see the final clip on look.
-

Ive now got issues with the seat, the bike feels way better without it [:o)]I need to thin the seat out by about 2" at least as it make me feel on top instead of in the bike

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y61.../almost003.jpg
-
I thought i'd better put this up before Cavey butts in and takes the piss :D I spent 20 min strugling like a dick head fitting the grip on the throttle housing and then thought that the clutch side was a tadge slack, "Mmmmm may need to glue this on" and the Gary came round and pointed out the fucking obvious [:I][:I]

very very nice!!! i think you said somewhere that those oil lines are the right ones? orr was that another pair? They look good to me.
also whats molded into your tank? looks like some sort of led array?
