You have an awesome shed is what you have
Shed built baby.........
It's simple really, spend every cent you have and do nothing else for five plus years
Hopefully now I can start to really make some more cool shit
Why because the outside world sux cock and motor bikes that's why bwahaha
Workshop fixes today, the china made cold saw's soluble oil tank has been to small and a pain
in the arse from the first day I owned the machine. Just a simple catch can to increase
capacity and cut down on crap fouling the pump.....
Lets just say I may or may not have been off tap making this to very loud music and a purple haze.....

some more workshop upgrades....
the old tap, reamer and machine tool shelve have been repurposed,
moved tooling, cut and weld steel work, happily tho the old shelve are a
perfect fit for the box's of jig tooling for the lift table.
managed to fit the lift table control unit and isolators behind in the dead space.

This is getting serious mate!
Mate you should drop in one day and have a look, it's really getting out of hand.....
When the bar and lounge is done I'm thinking of a open night but at the rate
I'm going that could take for ever lol ( mind I swapped someone making
Hardwood tops for both for me to strighten and modify a z9 and a kat frames...)
Yea, I'll have to drag Supercharger's arse up there as well; he'd be in heaven.
Not commenting cause just so fucking jealous, I want your skills and shed! Fucking awesome!

Jason's made a start on a future blown project sweet............

Ozzy, I have some anodised alloy parts (Gold Pazzo levers and a few others)
the normal caustic oven cleaner did nothing to remove the anodising.
How would they go in a vapour blaster ?
Haven't had the chance to try on anodizing yet tony, your welcome to be the first
Next AFR we should just go to your shed
Sadly I doubt I'll be finished building the workshop before then but it's not that a silly idea
I was thinking of putting something on closer to when I'm finished, need to
have the bar and lounge area finished first. I have to straighten and repair two frames to pay for the timber
tops. Unfortunately I have to build the hardware to do so first while still building another 3 bikes here atm.
Right oh, have been in need of a bead blaster for some time now. Finally dropped some bills
on a ruff 2nd hand commercial machine that needed a rebuild. It's on the small side, cost
more than the same size hare and forbs machine and needed work. On the plus side the repairs
were easy, it's big enough for my needs, and with the work needed I did all the upgrades I wanted to
no matter what machine I could afford ($250 hand piece etc ). Extras are glass not plastic viewing, better
extraction and filtering, and a far superior result on far less bead. Still a few jobs to finish, a air dust gun inside
and a high flex suction hose ($100 ouch) to the hand piece.
start with this...

epoxy fill the horrid modification to the bottom of the hopper....
http://i1136.photobucket.com/albums/...pshjzwsuhs.jpg
modify a 1" brass tee to allow suction at take off point...
http://i1136.photobucket.com/albums/...psrkndcsxd.jpg
add some hose and hardware, shake and use, enjoy....
