That looks set up for a film shoot - the blue in the headlights is so they can add artificial light in post production and control the amount. If they used the real headlights, they would cause lense flare on certain angles. Bit'o trivia for yuz.

Anyone know what movie/video it would have been used in?

Photo was taken last week at Willowbank parked infront of the Shannons truck if that helps.

Could be for a Shannons commercial? I'll have to keep an eye out for it.
