Easily my most fav metal song of all time - ever.
Loud and shits the neighbours
Brother Iv had some good nights with Glen.
I can't find any decent WSCK to post up, maybe I'm not looking hard enough.
Best I've found.

Many years ago myself and a couple of mates used to do a cover of 'Tell 'em'.
Great times...
Have you seen "Searching for Sugarman" Dave?
Yeah I have Si, thought it was really good...... I was at his concert last night at the Tivoli.
He played with The Break, only found out afterwards that 3 of the band members are from midnight oil, I from the violent femmes and the last one from Hunters and Collectors
That would have been great mate. Jealous.
It was, I really enjoyed it. Been a fan for many years!!!
My favourite song of his, the lyrics are brilliant:

My favourite Rodriguez track. Pity I missed his concert.
I'm still listening to stuff from the 60s, 70s and 80s. It all went to shit after 1985.

Yeah Jinx, I wonder or sugarman are my favorites. My kids got me tickets for Christmas, I did not even know he was coming to Brisbane. I was stoked

it would have been a great concert to take my wife to as she's never been to a concert before. The amount of talent in The Break is amazing. Australia had some incredible bands in the 70s and 80s.
Have to keep an eye on wots on around Brizvegas. All the good stuff was on when I was working in WA FIFO and never on my R&R.
Yeah, I was pretty surprised when I saw who the band members of the Break were.
I saw The Steve Miller Band and Santana at the entertainment centre on Thursday 28th, big Santana fan as well:)
But Rodriguez has a special place in my heart!!
Watched 'Searching for Sugarman' yesterday. What an awesome story.
Went out today and bought the DVD and soundtrack...amazing.
Been listening to Woods Of Ypres heaps lately. I was never really into doom metal, but this lot fucking rocked. Unfortunately the lead singer, David Gold died towards the end of 2011 and they finished the band up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbNbwbJypgY this is the last song on the last album they put out.

That track wasn't bad but all I could think of was Crash Test Dummies...

This song always reminds me of getting a speeding ticket on the M5 in England trying to get those lyrics I missed and not watching for coppers.
Fucken hell Si, have you and Mrs Elapid been talking? That's what she said when she heard it.
Of course we have.
