Is the clutch window your work or an "off the shelf" number?
We did the window its 5mm perspex its been in for about 8000k's now with no problems
It's some nice work with no mechanical fixers on the outside. Good job mate. How's it held there?
[:p]nice work , clutch cover looks sex , an as for the fake floor boards, fark...sweet
Looking mighty sweet man!
With a Fire proof 3M product I found at a wholesalers it stays semi flexiable and is impervious to oil;)
hey crash is it held there with just that or is there and screws ( etc ) holding it in place and what exactly is the name of the 3M product you used.
PS nice job and nice helmet
i'll find the name of it
and theres no screws
thanks I think i'll have a go at it with the spare cover that i got.
interesting stuff crash
i have some stuff here that glues polycarbonate to pretty much anything
made by Weld-On
one of these 2 i think
WELDON # 16
Fast drying, high strength, bodied. Bonds acrylics to itself. Also for styrene, butyrate, polycarbonate and other plastics and porous surfaces.
WELDON # 10 (WHITE OR GREY IN COLOUR)
2-Part, high strength structural adhesive. High viscosity. Bonds PVC, acrylics, styrene, ABS, polycarbonates to steel, aluminium, etc.
ah all the good stuff comes out now, I'll wait till CRASH get back to us and try that first he seems to have had a win with the 3M product. if i break it then i"ll try the weldon # 10 ...............
3M Fire
Barrier
2000+
