This is a great little conversion shown to me by Dave MC (Hueyonablade)
This is a fantasticly simple conversion to change your front fender to a Kawasaki 600 jobby

As you can see, the mounting brackets are made from 2cm ally angle, and really simple to fabricate
If you look back at photo 1 you'll see a couple of lugs that you wrap zip ties around, when the zip ties go on its as solid as a rock. I used black zip ties to make it easier for you to see, but when the fender is all painted I'll change them for clear ones
