Video formats

I can't view videos embedded in threads, could someone please tell me what format they are so i can get the required player etc.

I'm guessing most vids herabouts are youtube and you probably need Adobe Flash player, or you might be able to "quote" the thread and copy/paste the youtube address into a new page?

What error (if any) are you getting when you try to play this video?

Are you viewing it from a work computer? If so there's probably a block on Youtube.

Thanks guys, no not on work computer. all i see is the surround of where the video box should be with a small box in the top corner with a couple of coloured shapes in it.
it's ok though, i just do what Large suggested.

What browser are you using?

Sounds like it could be a java issue. A search for "embedded youtube video won't play" on google seems to bring that up as the most likely cause.

Open java settings (in windows control panel) and check for updates. Good luck mate!
