Selling my 1994 model HiLux.

It's great for transporting bikes, the bikes fit on the tray, and all ya gear and spares ect. fit in the Extra Cab. True 4 seater.

2.4L Petrol engine, 5 speed Manual, runs good always serviced, tyres and brakes good.
Body slightly average, 1 major dent (no cracked paint though), lots of small chips n dings (it's a 15 year old ute).
Rego runs out in May, need to shift it.
Asking $5500, open to offers.
Ute is on Sydney's North Shore.

Oh, has a good stereo and sports steering wheel and heavy duty tow bar, otherwise standard HiLux.

I have a dual cab 1996 model with the 2.4l petrol and they are great. Over 310,000kms on the clock now and it has only killed a fuel pump. very 6 months I do a 4000km trip to canberra and back and it handles that no worries. You can't go wrong with Hiluxs.

Kris.

ive got a 4WD 1990 model and the only thing i reccomend if taking the timing cover off and installing metal timing chain runners.

Biggest problem with the 22r engine was the cheap shit plastic runners that would snap and fuck everything.
Half a day job and will cost you about 50 bucks but its smart investing

Timing chain and guides replaced in mine about 10,000km's ago. Replace everything before it snaps, much cheaper and easier! :)
