1st time out the garage for 8 months !
Downtime due to new design of crank adaptor and oil seals.
Fitted the bigger drive pulley from the larger C38 blower
after the small one decided to shatter into many pieces and throw itself out on the tarmac in protest while I was riding..... bastard ! :D
Finally weds last week we got the big old bastard running ! [:p]
Do`nt get your hopes high gents, the plastics going back on later after I`ve done some more tweaking. :D

Dave remembers it well :D he also just shouted 'fighter it'
So no plans for running this up the Pod then? we didnt' make it the other week :( my bike needs setting up and then I'm twichin for my first run.

Very cool mate
why u havent opted for a synchronous belt Hos? i pretty sure its a lighter and more reliable setup mate

I could chuck the Busa in a hire van and take it up to race thats the only way atm,
but I`ve got a few other personal things going on right now that are taking up my time and resources.
Its a fucker I know but "work first, play later" ;)

NOZ the Busa starter button or kill switch are dodgy, so the next job is to strip them both and see whats up.
I just heated up the front fairing frame and bent the upper lugs upwards and outwards so the screen edges clear the handlebar reserviors now.
The billet top yoke raised the bars slightly.
Painted the metal mesh on the redundant air intakes. Put new mesh in the front lower fairing. Got a MitiVac to do the new Goodrich braided front brake lines. Had the lines 2 years and not fitted them [:I]
Got the Odessys H/D battery on and its brilliant.
So work goes on and I`m trying hard to get the Zeph finished as my daily ride.
The T500 wil be a rolling chassis soon, had a few bits in for alloy repairs.... masking the airbox up to paint right now....
Life is busy !!!! [:p][:p] Wouldnt have it any other way ;)

First saw the Quo in 75 at Coventry Theatre [8D]
Not sure if that was just before or just after Phil Lynot checked out? Same era ;)
The Cov theatre was rammed full of leathers !
A wall of amps each side of the stage must have been 25 feet tall.
Stood all the way through after the support band SNAFU were boo`ed off stage. The whole row infront of us was full of back patch.
When bands were LOUD ? Ear bleedingly loud ! :(
When we carried weapons all the time. When our town was a biker town and the club owned a whole street of houses.
When bikes and rock music were GOD ! There was fuck all else !

fuck yea went and saw Quo in perth last wednesday and got a bootleg of their show at the Palais in melb from the week before - Screaming Jets were the support act ova here - had a ball :D
