the winter projects are going good, but I just hit a snag. The caliper fit the axle fit fine, the shock was bolt-in, but the frame width is about a half in narrower in the ZX6. I just some width off of the arm butnow the bearings are getting close.
Anybody encounter anything like this? The chain lines up and the brake bracket and exhaust clear, that width issue is the only problem.
SUGGESTIONS???
Sorry, no pics for the meantime, i'll try and get some up later.

you will probably find kwaki did this deliberatly. The 10 is heavier, more powerful and more torque.. Its probably specc'd to be safe with race engineering standards. So a stock 6 arm would be ample for what you want.. Any cutting will negate any benefit in "strength" (this is from an engineering point of view)

But yer, ive put a R1 swinger into a TRX and i had to shave 10mm off to get the bastard in.. I actually took it outta the frame where it mounts.. i had heaps of meat there, and could use stock (stock R1 that is) pivot axle.

hope im being clear.. Goodluck with it..
