Singles in Aluminium Frames

Big singles in rgv frames have been done forever, as long as they were set up right it wasn't a problem. A mate of mine had a DR 750 motor in a '91 RGV frame for years never gave a day of dramas.

i loved my dr800 and now ride (as one of my collection) an xr650r motard which has an alloy frame and is pumping out a good 55 hp and a shedload of torque and isnt going to crack it.

provided its a proper frame it shouldnt be a problem.

ive been thinking something like the XRR with a roadbike forks and swinger done up in a cafe racer style would be pretty sweet.

These bikes use the orig frame and engine and they just change the rear shock ,forks, and wheels.
Plus ad some trick race glass.
Would make a trick road bike i reacon
