Hey Dudes,
Im wanting to sharpen up my steering a bit but can't lower my front any more with cause my forks are pressed against my drag bar so what are my options as far as a jack up kit for a gsxr 1100? Does anyone stock them? Ebay has nadda.

Shorter dog bones mate. Ask Latheboy or Crazy mofo nicely and they might be able to fix you up with some.

Handling wise am I better off raising my handle bars and lowering the front or raising the rear?

the more you jack up the rear the more unstable it will be at high speed

I dont know the answer but i can make you a new dog bone if you wanna raise the back.

I dropped the front on mine but that was because the fork lenght was shorter.

all my bikes i've used shorter dog bones. makes it nice n twitchy.
loooove the twisties now. raises ya centre of gravity to, so helps with wheelies. i think 10-15mm shorter raises point of tail about a inch or 2.

Or you could just space the top shock mount if possible??

I just lipped three washers under my top shock mount and raised it (at the shock) by about 12mm and that aquates to about 30mm more height to the rear of the bike and it didn't change the shock ratio at all.

But Exben told me the dog bones doesn't either, but i'm guessing at 66c for three washers it was a cheaper option.

Your call.
