So then. So far we have an old turbo, an intercooler that may or may not have been original fitment on a model T ford, an O2 sensor and a fuel pressure regulator. WTF kind of blow job you cooking up now Surt?[:o)]

this fable was told to me by an old abo medicine man that heard it in the dream time [perhaps he was just stoned with petrol]

thanks mate! gunna build a turbo cafe fighter for less than an average turbo kit costs smth like 10 second for 1 grand :D u can also see u cant deceive the evolution: building injected turbo before carbed turbo - history puts it all on their places [xx(] ;)
so the engine was finally bought for $400 after 5 ms searches... shitloads cos usual price is $300 for the WHOLE BIKE WITH A SIDE CAR AND HEAPS OF SPARE PARTS :( well i dont need none of them not even an original frame or wheels but i could sell them to get some refund ;) good thing the engine is well treated and still on running in also with docs for its donor bwike... its dnepr's not urals cos its more stout and advanced
heads r new and u can see the ex owner's chromed up some parts and started polishing the whole engine... twas s'posed to be a choppa lol! i think i'll continue polishing the turd to compete to harry's slingshot [:P]

its the 1 to 10 scaled sketch of the bwike drawn 17.4.10 though the idea's been stewing in my head since january, so we'll be able to compare that with the final result... the one thing thats changed so far was the turbos relocated from the right side to the left due to the fact that on the right side will be the heavy shaft drive so the reason is balance and total equilibrium

initially i planned to do without an electric starter, to cut cost and weight, but when i tried the frame on the engine i noticed that the kick would cross the gear shift bar, so had to buy the cutie, the one in the middle naturally (didnt want to use free but heavy starters i had around), the other ones in the pic r "arseface's" starter, the 1 from christCrusher, and another 1s from civic, the 1 i bought comes from a mini tractor, from e-bay it weighs just 2kg, while others r 4 and 3.5 kg [^]

thanks mates im sure u no that buildin' a bike is a boring business made mostly of sweat and sometimes of blood sometimes it feels like doin an endless ritual sometimes i turn of myself from reality and just watching from outside what my hands r doin meanwhile the head is flying elsewhere thinking of different kinds of things, sometimes i find a decision how to make some part, sometimes funny shit comes into my head, like the bloody fables
heres like harryman says some trivia: first time i made the starters wheel from a Ô230mm 1020 grade steel bar stock, then it was cemented ('bog breath') and heat treated with cooling in oil ('rotten water') but warped so when i tried to flatten it, it cracked. naturally i was shocked - i paid of helluva coin for machining the bloody wheel to a turner and tooth cutter operator and it just had cracked. so to prove i was a real dead neck, i picked up a 10mm thick high grade chrome vanadium sheet and ordered TWO wheels just in case. also ordered a 40mm thick special plate to screw the bloody wheels 1 after 1 to it when annealing. after heat treating they were hrc56 and after 2hs anealing in 580deg C they became hrc44 but as flat as pan cakes, so there was no need in further grinding. also mind that the 1st [cracked] wheel was 12mm thick and the others r just 9mm thick, ie much lighter. later they were sand blasted and zink coated. no kinsman has been hurt thats it

inspired by Egli's frames and encouraged by successful making the wheelie bars from stainless steel piping i decided to make the new motor subbie from the same piping: od34x1.5 i guess i should of made the whole frame from that but im too lazy hahaha!

its weight is just 4250g and voices tell me its strong as hell i believe the whole frame made from the tubing would be about 9-10 kilos blimey im to lazy fucca on the other hand the whole concept of the ride has been to use parts from old Naglfars chassis in full
