headlight unit wanted!!!!!

hey dude's im in need of some help ??
i nead a headlight unit to finish of the front of my tl1000s fighter but dont have a clue what to use !!
i want the twin unit from ausfr but when you need to buy the bracket kit its all just shy of $500 then im up around the fibreglass ones with lights??

I'v never REALLY been into these types of kits but I need something to get this poject in motion, and they look heaps better than the other shit iv seen/had so far.
they come with some shitty 25w downlights tho - fucking them off quick smart for HID or whatever my gadget raping mate can come up with. I commute at midnight on a cold dark highway every night so id like to have a bit more of a warning i might be about to headbutt a roo or something at 120k's

I also got this one cause I'm going to mount my camera in there all nice n hidey like.

Hey Allan just noticed your in Thornton, i'm in Rutherford mate, you should pop round and have a look at the set on the front of the R1 they are the set from AUSFR, previous owner put on, thems billet brackets dont hold there shine very well,, R1 has black set, and bandit have chrome set.. if you wanted to see up close, also XR has a nice headlight too.. just for some ideas for the TL..

Also this is the exact set i have on the Bandit, i think the twin dominators were $100 new from someone on here and the brackets were $130 from germany, heaps cheaper than Oz shops.. germany and US ebay are your friends..

i've bought a tonne of stuff of this bloke hes a champ and for $117 OZ delivered you only need brackets

hmm not wrong about being cheaper with the other lights ill be able to get them brackets made at work?they look very basic

i will have a spare mt03 headlight for sale in a couple of weeks once it turns up. gotta work out the cost but i think it will be under 400.

hi rod going by the back section it looks as if the right hand headlight is a h4 60/55w and left hand is a h1 55w ??

went over last night to gitzy's house and had a look at his to fighters and dont mind the twin headlight set up with the german brakets not the crapy ausf one's.

here you go mate, just waiting for it to turn up and work out how much it owes me. as far as im aware im the only one in australia with these (one on my bike, other was an extra ordered)
they arent as cheap as twin lights but not that expensive. i think its around 400ish once i work out the currency conversion. and they are genuine yamaha factory parts so good light output.

I think you are better off just searching for streetfighter, only problem is that now you get a heap of wog bike gear.
